Dr Sandler accepts instructions relating to clinical negligence matters. Instructions are accepted from solicitors only and claimant self-referrals are not accepted.
Particular experience in complex and multifaceted clinical situations involving interactions between acute hospitals, community services, rehabilitation services and care providers.
Practice Details
- Approximately 10–12 reports annually
- Claimant and Defendant instructions
- Reports usually completed within 4–6 weeks
- Conferences with Counsel and Court attendance where required
